OOUT OF DORMANCY WITH A TWIST!

Finally, after a period of dormancy , I'm back and hoping to get some art done. But first, I have this evaluation hoping for an accurate depiction.
Surprisingly, I think the Invader Zim community has lost it's roots, and that the art I've recently seen has been far off from what Jhonen had originally created. Now, it may just be me, but I think an evaluation between two groups of Invader Zim aficionados.
With the help of a licensed astrobiologist, a die-hard IZ fan and friend, I have completed this evaluation that points out people who are true Zim-Fans, and people who are complete Zim-Fakes.
THIS IS ONLY A DRAFT!!! JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOU THINK, SO I COULD EDIT IT!!!
Just to point out:
Zim-Fans:
You’re the good one. You know what Invader Zim is and respect its originality.
Zim-Fakes:
You’re the bad one. You take what Jhonen created, and warped it into a concoction [that doesn't even pertain to the show] to satisfy your twisted/perverted little mind.
HERE'S WHAT HAS BEEN MADE SO FAR
Zim-Fan
[ ] You draw IZ style art.
[ ] You have drawn at least one original IZ character.
[ ] You have drawn canon IZ stuff in general.
[ ] You draw OC’s that are canon to the show.
[ ] You draw OC’s that might not exactly be canon, but can be reasonably explained as how they could be.
[ ] You can tell me, right now, the theme of IZ.
[ ] You can recite quotes from the show.
[ ] You'll go to any length to watch IZ at anytime.
[ ] You write canon IZ fics with either canon or canon OC characters.
[ ] You realize there aren't any canon pairings in IZ and keep it that way.
Zim-Fake
[ ] You’ve never drawn IZ style art for IZ related pictures. (anime, etc)
[ ] You’ve never drawn anything canon from IZ [in general].
[ ] You’ve drawn explicit sexual scenes with noncanon OC’s in them.
[ ] You’ve created/drawn completely fictional Irken/canon-related species (merirkens, sharkirkens, necros, kitzunes, whatever etc)
[ ] Homosexual Irkens are a no no! They would be considered defects and sent to their deaths or reprogramming.
[ ] You have rejected the fact that tube-born irkens can’t reproduce naturally.
[ ] Your OC romances have become more popular than the show itself.
[ ] YOU are more popular than the show itself and consider yourself a demi-god.
[ ] You have so many OC’s, you toss your old ones aside as you create more, never to be seen again.
[ ] You don’t know what the theme of IZ is.
[ ] You don’t even know what I mean by ‘theme’.
[ ] You don’t even watch IZ or know what it is, and have created your art by other means.
[ ] You're IZ fics have so many OC's in them, someone else can't tell what it's about without knowing the show well.
[ ] You are a fan of any canon romances. As anyone knows, there are NO slashes in Invader Zim.
Unfortunately, the Zim-Fakes outweigh the Zim-Fans, but that's where I want YOU to help me.

Sorry, had to comment after I found this in your signature on a comment from Zimadonna's latest journal.
You're right, though. People have royally screwed what was meant to be one of the greatest shows I've ever (and a lot of others) have seen. But it was so shockingly different, it attracted some of the wrong groups to it. It was unfortunate, but the beauty of it is now there's a national Fan Girl hunting season (or at least there should be). It's sick to see some of the creations they pulled out of the gates of Oblivion, but that's why die hard FANS feel the need to post awesome art of the show they've always known to care for.
I will take a hard hit at myself and proclaim that I haven't drawn ZiM in his own picture in a while... long time... feels like a century... But I can tell ya, I can draw him in fifty-five seconds flat. I know this because someone timed me. I do draw ZiM OCs but I'm sick of the pairings. I have a lot of characters (23 in one story) but I make all of the story lines in the show match with what I've got going in my fan fic. I. Make. It. Work. Some people can't even say they've tried and that's just sad. (YES PAIRERS AND ANIME ARTISTS, I SPEAK TO YOU!!!!!)
The point is that even though the fans are outweighed, they still make up a LARGE majority and people like you and I should be damned proud of that majority. Because guess what? Most of those fan girls/boys/whatever they are, are usually people who have found no other contact with actually PERSONS and have found something they can corrupt and IMAGINE themselves in to make themselves feel better.
Just one of the many advantages FANS have over the FAKES. They don't HAVE to dream like that to be happy. FANS are just fine to have a show that can make them laugh and refer to in funny situations with friends (I'm a quoter, always have been, always will).
That's all I'm gonna say and I hope your quest to show all the FAKES what they've done helps to bring down their population a bit.

I don't think there's much wrong with drawing Irkens in your own style, but at least attempt to draw it in Jhonen's style for once. Sometimes there will be an anime/realistic Irken artist don't have one cannon styled Irken in their gallery, and a few do not make much contact with the people drawing close to Jhonen's style or Jhonen's style.
The realistic/anime fandom and the cannon styled Irkens fandom are completely two opposite entities now. I think we should all get along and not ignore eachother.
I try my best to draw my characters in the IZ style, I've even tried to make Anime/realistic Irkens to see what it was like and I epic failed. I respect both sides, but I agree with the fact that no one really pays a tribute to drawing cannon Zim things.

Although, I'm not exactly an IZ-pro at drawing, I can if I want. I never seem to have the time.
I'm surprised that with all of the great artists here that we don't collaborate together to make some sort of super comic like one of the unfinished episodes.
I've seen people draw amazing 20-page comics for arbitrary things, such as that stupid Blood Sport. If they can do that, why don't we make a comic version of The Trial or something?
Our fandom has been strayed to an unreal path, and must me brought back to the right one.
